Stillness

That quiet space in-between all the conversations & daily rituals of life; where me & you just become our true authentic selves.

No worries, no agenda & no expectations. Its those moments when I can just sit & stare at you while you do you, when I am most present - which is almost never these days. I seem to find my zen & nowness with you, an alluring aura drawing me into the present.

I have come to learn through you that stillness is not being antisocial or disengaged. Ironically its quite the opposite - its a heightened sense of your surroundings and appreciation for what is going on in your life & others. To observe the mind is not to be trapped in it, observation allows for understanding, which allows for a greater sense of self & ones lifes purpose.
