RektMag began in 2016 as a passion project and has stayed one ever since.

We're an independent photography magazine celebrating the beauty of the female form and the skill of the photographers behind the lens. Our work sits across fine art, boudoir, and self-portrait photography, and the mix is intentional. Some images are studies in light and composition, others in mood, others in intimacy and presence. That variety reflects the range of artists and subjects we feature, and the different creative visions they bring to the work.

We publish free from sponsorships and advertising. Both compromise the artistic integrity of the work, and every image in these pages earns its place on artistic merit alone.

Our contributors come from all seven continents. Some are emerging, some are established, all of them are creators we trust. Each issue is built on careful curation and trust in the artists who choose to share their work with us.
