Our Hotel Room

Our room smelled like cigarettes
The bed was cold
But we made it warm
With the heat of our bodies
And lost ourselves to passion
Sweet kisses down my back
And my tongue along your neck
Your heartbeat in my ear
The steam of the shower
Water droplets on our skin
No one but us existed
We should never have left that hotel room
